• My Files & Group Files: Check files deleted from My Files or Group Files, only Admin can delete the Group Files permanently;
• Empty: Permanently delete the files;
• More:
  • Delete: Remove the file permanently;
  • Restore: Move the file back to its original location;
  • Move:  Allocate file elsewhere;
