When will the passwords needed to be reset

When you forgot the passwrod for admin account, please reset the password. Resetting password will not erase your files/ document stored on UnifyDrive device.

How to reset the admin password

• 1. Long press on reset hole for 4 seconds as indicated through followed picture( Please refer to instruction manual of your device );

• 2. Please open up the UnifyDrive client and you may find the entrance to reset the password. You could also select “Forgot password” after login from main page.

• 3. Input admin account number and create a new password ( included at least three followed elements, capitalized letter, lower case letter, number and symbol ) You will login after the password reset completed. The reset process will reset the password and you files may not be deleted.
